Help for Grand Lake St. Marys?

A federal farm bill being debated in Congress includes a provision that could help with clean up Grand Lake St. Marys. Here's the full story from the Dayton Daily News.

The condition of Grand Lake St. Marys has been an ongoing concern of both fishermen and area residents. It's also important that the government not infringe on the property rights of area farmers. This proposal on the surface appears to attempt to strike an appropriate balance. Will be interesting to see the full details and hear the reaction of local farmers and fishermen.
